At Five Graces Photography Toy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process in line with Australian consumer rights.
1. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer returns on products if you change your mind. However, the following conditions must be met:

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Non-returnable Items

5. Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
