Returns Policy - Five Graces Photography Toy Shop

At Five Graces Photography Toy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process in line with Australian consumer rights.

1. Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so we offer returns on products if you change your mind. However, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
     

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@fivegraces.com.au or 03 5292 8898. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at hello@fivegraces.com.au or phone 03 5292 8898 to request a return authorization.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  • Ensure the item is securely packed for its return to prevent damage during transit.

 

4. Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened or used (e.g. toys, games, or other products that are hygiene-sensitive).

  • Gift cards or downloadable products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

 

6. Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

7. Consumer Rights

Our returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe the product you received is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us for assistance.
